On May 11, 2014 a joint patrol funded by WWF and organized by the gendarmerie of Sembe. The patrol team went to Lopo village where the inhabitants informed them that Debe Ludovic was in possession of a PMK war weapon that he used to carry big hunting at the border area between Congo and Gabon.
Dissaka Samuel was already prosecuted for similar facts. For four years he was regularly practising big hunting in the forest using the war weapon type PMAK of one known as Samba Cyriaque.
On March 23, 2016, the Shangqiu Forest Public Security Bureau captured Chengcheng Z., who was suspected of purchasing or selling ivory products. According to Chengcheng Z.'s statement and related transaction records, investigators took Xun Z., Pengxiao X., Jianjing D., Xianchun L.,Guoqiang W., Chen W.
At 18:00 on December 5, 2013, according to the report, the public security organ arrested the defendant Shu X., who was suspected of selling ivory products, at C1022, Hualin International, Kangwang Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou, and seized 195 ivory products on the spot.
On April 25, 2013, the defendant Sun and Han (separate case) without approval of the wildlife authorities, intent to sell 67 ivory products (net weight 4.375 kg) at the booth A28 operated by Xicheng District × Market of this city, and was caught on the spot by the police. After appraisal, the value of the ivory products was RMB 182293.13.
In August 2013, according to the introduction of Tianxiang L.(judged), defendant Chongfu C. purchased three segments of ivory from defendant Suzhen C. for the price of RMB 171,000. In September, the defendant Chongfu C. mailed the three segments of ivory to Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, and handed them over to Tianxiang L. for processing.
From June 2014 to 2017, the defendant Tao W. purchased ivory materials through online transactions, and sold his processed ivory products by WeChat friend circle distribution, friend sales and door-to-door sales. Around 2015, Tao W. sold one ivory ring and one ivory tee to Han, owner of the Wenwan shop in Karamay International Trade Mall.
From 2012 to 2013, the defendant Tianxiang L. was entrusted by Li (separate case) to process 4 ivory products and charge a processing fee of RMB 10,000. During the period, Tianxiang L. also sold Deqi L. 2 ivory products for RMB 2000. In August 2013, the defendant Tianxiang L.
The defendant Xinfeng Y. purchased wild animal products suspected of being ivory and rhino horn three times at Panjiayuan Market Market in Beijing and Dongyang Wood Carving City in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2014.
In June 2017, the defendant Yang illegally purchased an ivory product from others in Putian City, Fujian Province and used it for sale. On December 13, 2017, the public security organ seized the ivory product in Yiheng Jewelry Store, No.
