In January 2018, Kwenen Freddy was in possession of war ammunition as a security for his claim. With the approval of his debtor, he went to Moloundou (a border town in Cameroon) to sell those ammunition. Unfortunately he was arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.

Mandilo Juverson left Brazzaville to Ouesso in possession of one war weapon (type PMAK) and ammunition that were given to him by one uniform officer in Brazzaville. Once in Ouesso, his brother Metsio Bhyo Cacharel decided to sell the weapon and ammunition at Souanke.

During the months of April and May 2016, Nkunku Henri contacted one military officer staying in Pokola to provide him with war ammunition in order to provide in his turn Bome Leopold. It’s in these circumstances that he purchased 89 (eighty nine) bullets that he hid inside cassava leaves to deceive the vigilance of rangers.

In July 2016, Ndong Jaurel ordered war ammunition type PMK to his brother Zamora for purchase in Brazzaville. In the same month after having received the ammunition he went to Pounga and after having disembarked on the side in Cameroon overnight he met a ranger checkpoint and throw the suspected parcel in the bush.

During the year 2016, Etsieli Joseph met with one military officer named Ndolo Rogon who was coming back from Oyo. The military officer sold to Etsieli Joseph a war weapon.

In 2015, Kardoupa Francis, gendarmerie assistant at the Sembe territorial brigade, was informed that one known as pastor Beza was in possession of a war weapon type PMK. The information was given to him by Efoute Guendolo the pastor’s collaborator who told him not to inform the Brigade commander of Sembe in fear of retaliation by the pastor.

In December 2014, Oyet Oloko Paul Junior went to visit his brother-in-law. After a misunderstanding due to alcohol, Oyet Oloko Paul Junior assaulted his in-law and promised to kill him with a PMAK weapon possessed by Okoue Ngombe Fernand who received it from Mouapoko Adèle for poaching.

In March 2015, Mengbebe Degome Bertrand a military officer on service at 03/20 airbase of Makoua, fraudulently withheld one war weapon type PMAK while on leave and came to stay at Sembe. While there, he contacted Hamadou Abbo, a local businessman to whom he sold the weapon at XAF 200,000 (two hundred thousand).

On December 23, 2003, MBANE Theodore went to the forest with a calibre 12 weapon to practice hunting. He came across an elephant that he shot dead using a specific cartridge for this type of target. He was caught in his camp by wildlife protection agents in possession of a the weapon and three ivory tusks.
