The defendants Chengmin S. and Xiandi Z. illegally set up a power grid and placed iron clips to hunt wild animals on the Dalingsi Mountain Field of the Longyuan Village, Meishan Township, and successfully hunted a pheasant the next day. Xiandi Z. took the pheasant to his residence for consumption.
In October 2012, Chunlai W., Yuming L. and others found dead wild ducks in the contracted fish ponds, and they developed the intention to catch wild ducks with medicine. After Yuming L.
In mid-November 2015, while the appellants Danba and Yixi were grazing for the herds, Danba proposed to place iron clips to hunt the blue sheep. Yixi agreed and handed his own iron clip to Danba. Danba installed both iron clips in the "Qudi" area, and demonstrated the use of the iron clip to Yixi.
The defendants Gao Dechun and Lin Youxin used an air gun to kill a Himalayan Goral in Jiabuzu Village, Sawajiao Township at the end of December 2017, and after peeling them, split them and took them home to eat.
On May 20, 2019, the defendants Dehan Z., Caiqi L. and Jiaqi Z. made an appointment to hunt for pheasants at Dahongpojiao Mountain Farm in Rongsheng Village Committee of Abdushi Township. Caiqi L. was responsible for listening to the pheasant's voice and confirming its position, then he commanded Caiqi L. and Jiaqi Z.
From April to May 2018, Dejie R. repeatedly went to the mountains near the Caisu Village, and used self-made hunting tools to catch coucals. During this period, he successively hunted 10 coucals and killed and frozen them. Later he purchased 9 coucals from others.
In April 2014, Wei S. joined Maanshan Branch of Anhui Post Courier Logistics Co., Ltd. and informed Jun W. that he was responsible for the delivery. Jun W. purchased ivory from Japan, Ethiopia and other countries for many times, fabricated the recipient information according to the area Wei S.
Zhanpeng W. knew that the green tree python was a threatened wildlife prohibited by the country from importing. In July 2013, he still purchased 20 green tree pythons from Indonesian sellers through the Internet, and requested the other side to mail them to the country without the relevant licensing import procedures.
On the afternoon of April 11, 2017, the defendants Zheng, Lin, Wu and Nengxiang Q. jointly carried a suitcase containing young European eel and departed from Lisbon Airport, Portugal, and took flight AF1195 via Paris, France. Flight AF0116 arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
Zhiyong W. and Xinchun Z.(separate case), together with Zhiping W., Shiming L., went to Maoming City, Guangdong Province to purchase in batches of 2304.84 kg ivory smuggled from Africa from smugglers Kangwen W. and Haiqiang O.
